We wanted to renovate our staircase to match the grey colour scheme of our home interior. John and his team have done a superb job to achieve the right colour whilst maintaining the grain of the wood. He even sourced lighting which really wows.
After seeing John’s advert in Aroundtown, I knew he would be able to help update our old staircase which was covered in Anaglypta wallpaper with tired wood panelling. We are delighted with the finished result which is so much more modern and creates an airy entrance hall. Our next door neighbours saw first-hand John’s excellent workmanship and have had their staircase done through him, too.
Although our 4-storey property is only 7 years old, we were disappointed with the soft-wood staircase that had already started to move. John has installed a solid, American oak staircase which has made a huge difference in both look and durability.
We are extremely delighted with our new staircase which was completely rebuilt by John. We were very impressed with how he dealt with every obstacle he came across, from woodworm and missing floors to an uneven landing. Every aspect was covered with true professionalism.
